Why does the power bank charge fewer times than expected?

Yes. It is normal for devices to generate heat during charging, especially when using your phone for gaming or video streaming. Use the product in a cool, well -ventilated place (32 - 77°F / 0 - 25°C) and pause use of devices that are charging.

Why doesn't Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W), charge my device at the expected wattage?

Charging speed is determined by your device. Each device has a max input limit, and charging power decreases as the battery fills. A 60W cable limits charging to 60W, so use the included 240W cable. High temperatures may also reduce charging speed.
