Make sure the heating pins are fully extended, the pump hub is securely attached, and there's no gap between the hub and diaphragm. Press the heating button. If you see a solid orange light, the heating is on. If it flashes orange, repeat the steps.

What should I know about charging S1&S1Pro?

Use a magnetic charging cable with a 5V/2A or higher rating adapter. S1Pro can also be charged via the charging case. When pump and case are fully charged, use without heating for 20 mins/session, 3 times/day, the case can last 5 days.
