What profile height should I get?

The 5" and 6" are firmer for teens, guest rooms, & RVs. The 8" and 10” have multiple feels for universal appeal. The 12" is medium plush or medium firm for guest bedrooms and side sleepers. The 14" is medium plush or medium firm for master bedrooms.

What do bamboo charcoal and cooling gel do?

Bamboo charcoal and cooling gel are infused in the foam. Bamboo charcoal is naturally hypoallergenic and may help capture odors and moisture. Cooling gel helps regulate temperature since memory foam has a tendency to sleep hot.

Do I need to use a box spring with this mattress?  

No. All our mattresses were designed to lay on any flat foundation without a box spring. Place your mattress directly on an adjustable base, flat frame, or upholstered platform base and you’re good to go!

Should I use a mattress protector?  

Yes! Mattress protectors extend the life of your mattress and create a cleaner sleep environment.

Will my mattress come in a box?

Our mattresses arrive compressed and rolled in a box, making them easy to move. Open it in a convenient spot (near its final destination) and let it decompress for 24-72 hours. Moving the mattress is more difficult after it has decompressed.
